Conversations for Christ – Sponsorship Agreement
Phoenix Anthem, LLC (“Publisher”)
Conversations for Christ Podcast (“Program”)
Support the Conversations for Christ podcast and help share the Gospel through thoughtful, faith-focused dialogue. Sponsorships include pre-roll, mid-roll, and post-roll placements with optional social mentions and multi-episode savings. All sponsorships are billed in advance and governed by our official agreement.
Disclaimer & Cancellation Policy
All sponsorships are subject to availability and review. Advertising must align with the beliefs and values of Phoenix Anthem, LLC. We reserve the right to decline sponsorships that conflict with our mission or audience expectations.
Single-Episode Sponsorships: Sponsor may cancel up to 7 days before the scheduled release of the episode for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior are non-refundable.
Multi-Episode Sponsorships (4 or more episodes):

If cancellation occurs before the campaign begins, a full refund will be issued.

If cancellation occurs after the campaign has started, Sponsor will be refunded the unused portion of the package, less a 10% administrative fee. Episodes that have already aired are non-refundable.
Phoenix Anthem, LLC may cancel any sponsorship and refund unused fees at its sole discretion.
