We are committed to stewardship, professional clarity, and absolute transparency in all our operations. Below you will find our comprehensive terms of service, consumer data privacy framework, and structured retail return policies.

1. Terms of Service & Service Architecture

In addition to serving the Church through our original retail collections, Phoenix Anthem, LLC provides high-impact multimedia and digital solutions tailored to the unique identity of each client.

Our Strategic Service Categories & Methodologies

• Website Design: Theological confession engineered through secure, customizable, and modern platforms with responsive layout design and minimal technical upkeep.

• Video Production: Cinematic storytelling, 4K editing, and color correction to highlight the missional work of congregations, schools, and promotional campaigns.

• Photography: Visual preservation capturing Word and Sacrament ministry, congregational life, and the vibrancy of Lutheran education.

• Podcast Production: Transforming sermons, devotions, and theological teachings into high-fidelity, multi-platform audio accessible in the digital square.

• Marketing & Public Relations: Designing brochures, flyers, digital layouts, and graphics that speak with clarity and confessional reverence.

• Logo Design: Intentional development of visual marks and branding configurations that reflect your ministry's core organizational values.

• Large Scale Projects: All-in-one comprehensive media packages for unified church-wide messaging, district branding, and extensive multimedia upgrades.

Service Architecture, Hosting, and Contracts

All professional multimedia production, custom design projects, and church communication solutions are mission-driven and strictly governed by custom Scopes of Work (SOW) and service agreements.

• Contract Finalization via DocuSign: All Scopes of Work generated or discussed during consultations are treated as drafts for client review only. Formal authorization is executed securely via digital signatures through DocuSign. No project work or original media production will commence until a final agreement is executed by an authorized representative of both parties via DocuSign.

• Onboarding & Deposit Requirements: Upon formal signature finalization via DocuSign, a non-refundable 50% mobilization deposit is due immediately for project design workflows to begin. Any exceptions to this deposit structure (such as holding deposits until project closeout) are granted solely at the discretion of Phoenix Anthem, LLC management.

• Hosting & Platform Fees: All recurring software subscriptions, content hosting platforms, and domain registration fees (including all custom Wix architecture fees) are entirely separate from initial design estimates. These platform activation fees are due upon receipt of the finalized DocuSign agreement for site deployment to begin.

• Podcast Membership Plans: By subscribing to a Phoenix Anthem membership plan, promotional package, or show sponsorship (e.g., Conversations for Christ), you agree to recurring monthly or annual payments as selected at purchase. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your account dashboard, granting system access until the end of the current billing cycle. All subscription payments are completely non-refundable.

2. Retail Return Policy & Experience

To maintain full transparency with our store visitors, customers, and digital advertising networks (including Google Merchant Center), we enforce the following structured return parameters:

• Return Method: By mail only.

• Return Window: 30 calendar days from the verified date of product delivery.

• Return Shipping Costs: Borne entirely by the customer. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item arrived physically defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• Restocking Fees: $0.00 (No restocking fees are applied to any eligible retail returns).

• Refund Processing Time: Once an eligible item is returned, inspected, and approved, refunds are routed directly back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Policy Standards by Product Ecosystem

A. Everyday Witness Merchandise (Printful Fulfilling Infrastructure)

Everyday Witness apparel, mugs, stickers, and lifestyle products are meticulously printed on demand and fulfilled through our manufacturing and logistics partner, Printful, Inc. Because each asset is created individually upon customer checkout, all custom-manufactured purchases are governed by strict production protocols:

• Buyer’s Remorse & Size Exchanges: In accordance with print-on-demand parameters, we do not accept returns, offer credit, or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, design changes, or incorrect size selection. Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect the precise measurement sizing charts embedded within our item descriptions before finalizing an order.

• Misprints, Packaging Damage, or Production Defects: If an item arrives physically damaged, flawed, or with a clear manufacturing misprint, Phoenix Anthem will issue a free replacement or a full refund. You must submit a problem report to thomas@phoenixanthem.com within 30 days of receiving the product, including clear photos highlighting the defect along with your original order number.

• Packages Lost in Transit: For shipments that fail to reach their destination due to carrier anomalies, all missing package claims must be filed via email no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Confirmed carrier losses are reprinted and reshipped entirely at our expense.

• Insufficient or Erroneous Delivery Addresses: If a package is returned to the fulfillment facility because a customer provided an incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient shipping address at checkout, the buyer remains fully liable for all subsequent reshipment costs once an updated address is verified.

• Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that go completely unclaimed at local post offices or carrier checkpoints are automatically returned to the logistics center. Unclaimed orders are held for a maximum of 30 days before being automatically donated to charity, in accordance with standard reverse logistics infrastructure. Unclaimed returns are entirely non-refundable.

B. Sacred Illumination Fine-Art Prints & Art Books

The Sacred Illumination collection focuses on the intricate, historic beauty of stained-glass windows from Lutheran churches across the United States.

•  

  Philanthropic Art Model: Because a portion of all sales proceeds from these items is automatically remitted directly back to the featured local congregation to support their specific mission and ministry, these prints and books are treated as custom/special orders.

• Final Sale: All Sacred Illumination prints, fine-art canvas assets, coloring sheets, and curated photo books are strictly non-refundable and final sale, unless physically damaged or broken during transit.

C. Digital Product Policy

Digital assets include downloadable graphic packages, logo configurations, sermon resources, audio archives, and electronic devotions.

• Instant Delivery: Digital products are delivered via email or instant download link immediately upon successful checkout processing.

• Licensing Limitations: Digital downloads are licensed exclusively for personal, local congregational, or educational church use. They may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded to separate unsecure websites, or altered for physical or digital resale without explicit written authorization from Phoenix Anthem, LLC.

• Exclusions: Due to the nature of digital delivery, digital assets are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Please download and securely back up your purchases; Phoenix Anthem is not responsible for lost files or downloads.

Items must be unused and remain in their original condition to be eligible for return evaluation.
