Participation Terms

Photography Requirement: Churches must schedule a professional photo session of their stained glass to be included in the Sacred Illumination collection.

Photography Rates: Standard photography service rates apply. Travel fees may apply for locations outside Sheboygan County.

Donation Model: 100% of voluntary donations from free coloring page downloads go directly to the church that provided the stained glass.

Revenue Sharing: Partner churches receive 10% of all sales (digital files and physical prints) featuring their stained glass artwork.

Usage Rights: Phoenix Anthem retains distribution and marketing rights for all photographs, coloring pages, and derivative works produced through the program. All stained glass artwork remains the sole property of the respective church.

Coloring Page Disclaimer: Due to the complex nature of the creation process, not every stained glass window can be faithfully adapted into a coloring page. Some designs may not be suitable for line-art conversion. Minor visual discrepancies may occur, but Phoenix Anthem will strive to ensure each replication honors the original artwork as faithfully as possible.
